General FAQ
1. How do I book a party?
You can either come in or call us. Our trained staff will help you book and answer any questions you may have.
2. What is requried to book a party?
50 % deposit is requried to make a reservation with valid credit cards (visa or master only) or cash. Please no personal checks.
3. What is the refund policy?
*Cancelled 30 days prior to the party date - full refund
*30 - 7 days prior to the party date - no refund
reschedule to a future available date
*7 days prior to the party date - no refund, no
reschedule
4. Do I bring a cake?
Yes. Don't forget to bring a cake knife and candles
Please no icecream cake
5. Can I bring our own food?
No outside food is allowed other than dry snacks or some extra drinks for adults. Please no 2L bottles.
6. Can I downgrade the party package on the party date if less kids show up?
No. Downgrading your package has to be made at least 1 day prior to the party date.
7. What if I have extra children?
You can pay $10 per each additional child.
8. When do I order pizzas?
You can order your pizza anytime before the party date or you can wait until we contact you to confirm the party a day before the party date.
9. Can I request to play home made movie or pictures of my child on the screen during the play time?
Absolutely yes. Bring all your pictures and home videos on cd/dvd. We will play them on 8x10 screen to share with your special guests.
1. What is open play time schedule?
We have open play time for walk ins anytime Monday through Friday ( 10 AM-6PM ) and Sundays ( 11AM-6PM ).
2. Is there any open play time on Saturdays?
For Saturdays, it may vary every Saturday, or there might not be open jump time at all due to private parties. You can call us or visit our website for open play time schedule for saturdays.
3. Can adults play too?
Yes, adults are welcome to play with their children only, not with other adults for the safety of other children.
4. Is there time limit?
No. Play as long as you want.
5. Are socks required?
Yes. Everyone must wear socks with no exception.
Allergy/germ free solution is applied to carpets on a regular basis.
6. Can we bring food in?
No. No outside food allowed.
7. Can we order pizza there for lunch?
Yes. you can simply order pizza thourgh us and allow us about 30 min delivery time.
$14.99 for one large pizza with 14 slices-includes tip and delivery charge as well as paper wares.
8. How often do you sanitize all the inflatables and toys?
We sanitize every inflatble and all the toys before 10 am everymorning and ongoing sanitation during the open hours.
9. Do you offer Wi_fi?
Yes. The whole building is wi-fi zone. Enjoy surfing!
10. How clean is the facility?
We are commited to germ/allergy free play environment by sanitizing all toys/play area everyday and steam shampoo&rinse carpet with germ/allergic free solutions in the first week of each month.
